Before you start

Here are some things to know before you begin this process.

• You’ll need a LinkedIn Business account with at least one lead gen form connected to it to use this integration.

How it works

To begin, you'll sign in to your LinkedIn Business and Mailchimp accounts. Next, you'll choose the specific LinkedIn account, the lead gen form, and the Mailchimp audience you want to connect‌ with. You'll also decide whether to sync your leads as subscribed or non-subscribed contacts. Lastly, you'll map the data fields from your LinkedIn lead gen form to the Mailchimp fields used in your audience.

Once your LinkedIn account is connected, any leads who fill out your lead form will be automatically added to your Mailchimp audience. Syncs happen regularly, usually about every 15 minutes.

Connect Mailchimp for LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

To connect Mailchimp for LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, follow these steps.

1. On the LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms page in your Mailchimp account, click Connect.
2. Review the connection steps and click Continue.
3. Sign in to your LinkedIn Business account.
4. Review the permissions you’ll be granting to the integration. Confirm the account you’ll be connecting to and click Continue.
5. Review the connection details and click Next.
6. On the popup window:
   • Select the specific LinkedIn account, LinkedIn lead ad form, and Mailchimp audience you want to connect‌ with.
   • Map the fields in your lead ad form to the corresponding fields in your Mailchimp audience.
   • Select the checkbox to confirm you understand the rules for subscribed contacts.
7. Click Sync now.

Disconnect Mailchimp for LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

To disconnect Mailchimp for LinkedIn Lead Ads, follow these steps.

1. Click Integrations, and then choose Manage.
2. Click LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.
3. On the Manage LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms page, click Manage app and choose Disconnect.
4. On the pop-up, enter DELETE and click Disconnect now.
